Purchase credits to download images from the Snapixel Marketplace.

Credits can be purchased from the Credits page by selecting a preset amount or specifying an integer number greater than 10 and pressing the "Add Credits" button. You will then be briefly taken to Paypal to complete the transaction.

Snapixel Credits are €1 Euro per credit. USD and foreign currencies are accepted during the checkout process via Paypal.

Once the transaction has been processed, your Snapixel credits will appear in your account.

Photos can then be downloaded from the Snapixel Marketplace. All Snapixel Stock Photos will be clearly marked with a buy option.

Credits are deducted from your credit balance after making a purchase from the marketplace.

Custom Pricing
Photos in the marketplace may be for sale under custom pricing set by the photographer.
Custom priced photos may include standard or extended licensing. Both licensing options will include the full resolution image.

Standard license images are priced according to the size of the photo.
Images sizes are scaled to maintain original aspect ratios from the original photograph.

Extended License Pricing   View Extended License Agreement
Extended licenses can be purchased in any combination to suit your creative needs.
The original photo will be included with extended license purchases.

Once your account reaches 50 credits, you will be able to redeem your credits by using the "withdraw credits" link on the Credits page. The withdrawal amount must be a positive integer.

The withdrawal conversion rate is 0.60 Euro for each Snapixel Credit (60% Revenue Share).

Snapixel pays on a 60/40 revenue share. The photographer retains 60% from each sale. Withdrawals are issued via .

Below is an example of what you can earn for sales on your photos. The revenue amount shown is what is paid to the photographer.

For example, if a photographer sells one 'Large' image with a standard license, the photographer will earn €7.20 ($9.72 USD*).


Credits are based on the Euro currency. The transaction and exchange rates are handled through the third party transaction service, Paypal. Payments and withdrawals will be converted to the default currency in your Paypal account.
