All images and users are subject to terms of service as outlined during registration. No purchase necessary or entry fees required. The Snapixel Photo Contest is open to any participant 13 years of age or older. Image requirements minimum 1024 pixel resolution, limit 5 image entries per contestant. All images must be solely the original artwork of the contestant; no joint or group entries permitted. Participants must include all information requested, including First Name, Last Name, Email, Image Location and Specs. Applicants are permitted to submit optional Image Caption of 150 or less and Byline for his/her work to accompany each upload. Any Entry made with watermarks, logos or indicia owned by a third party will be disqualified. Entry must be a single shot captured on digital or film camera. Excessive editing or software application may be disqualified, at sole discretion of the Sponsor/Judges. Montages or composite images or images reflecting unethical, adult content as outlined in user agreements are prohibited. Submitted images are not limited to specific licensing terms and can be sold in the Snapixel Marketplace or shared on Snapixel at photographer's discretion. Snapixel will not publish participant personal contact information to third party sources or publications without photographer consent, unless image is licensed to be sold in Marketplace by the photographer.

Grand Prize: 1 Grand Prize winner will be awarded up to $500 via Paypal. Snapixel is not held responsible for currency conversion rates, shipping cost or loss/damage of prize monies. All costs and purchases related to use of the prize are the winner's sole responsibility.

All Winners will be notified by email on or by September 15th, 2009 with a request for Recipient to contact Snapixel directly in order to deliver prize winnings. Prizes null and void if Recipient does not contact Snapixel within 30 days of being notified by email. All winners will be announced on Contest Home Page with the following information: Registered User Name, Image Location and Specs, provided Image Caption and Byline if applicable.
