I have not used any noise reduction on this image. I develop all of my RAWs in Phase One (Capture One Pro) with a sharpening setting of 65 which is low but still reveals a lot of detail without overfiltering or degenerating the image quality

Acrobatics
Due to the acrobatic nature of this stunt that the personal trainer is duing, there is some motion blur in the face and legs. Focus is on the arms which is the only stable part of the body that?s not in motion. The picture is ISO 400, and therefore has some grain. This image is taken using a Canon 350D.
