An adult Raccoon trying to hide in a large Maple tree. Right after daylight I was walking along a ridge and surpised this adult Raccoon. To defend itself it ran up a large Maple tree. It settled in the fork of the tree. I had trouble getting it to look at me so I could take it\'s picture. It finally cooperated.
